Difference between Panic and Anxiety Attacks

Panic attacks come out of nowhere and bring powerful and overwhelming feelings of fear and then dissipate. It can be confusing experience that has no common reason why it happens. 

Trigger effects differ between Anxiety Attacks and Panic Attacks.

The major difference between anxiety and panic attacks is that an anxiety attack has more prolonged symptoms.  It harnesses the power of built up feelings and stress, but the sensations are not s intense.  Conversely, panic attacks can occur without warning and overpower the senses.

So in summary, an anxiety attack is a long-term compounding effect of stress and emotional strain, while a panic attacks is a quick burst of anxiety and fear that does not always have a trigger symptom.
